You create property on Keeps, create Room types, link the room types to the OTAs you are working with, add photos and amenities on both property and room type level and publish the content. Your updates will then be visible on the OTAs you are working with.

Yes you can, but the OTAs might change your cover photo if they feel like another photo will produce more clicks and sales.

For the biggest OTAs, they pick up the content every 24h (booking.com, Expedia, Tripadvisor), other might take longer time.

Currently, you might be struggling to find time to review your listings, update them, and make them perfect. Due to time constraints, this work seldom happens, which means you might have made some updates on just Booking.com, but planned to make the same updates on Expedia months ago.
