Keeps Story:
Keeps was founded in 2023, but the journey began in 2021 when Guðrún, one of the co-founders, encountered numerous challenges in managing and distributing images in the travel sector while working at Hertz, Expedia, and Guide to Iceland. She recognized the difficulties the industry faced due to limited time for operational tasks, especially regarding the maintenance of up-to-date visual content. Subsequently, Guðrún partnered with Nina, who brought her expertise in marketing and content creation.
In August 2022, Keeps applied and was selected to participate in the Startup Supernova accelerator in Reykjavík. This experience provided the team with valuable tools, connections, and momentum to bring Keeps to life. Today, Keeps offers a specialized content management system for the travel industry that enables hotels to efficiently update images and content across multiple distribution channels in just a few seconds.
